Tetragonia tetragonioides
.Mild spinach species with thick-fleshed, broad leaves that does not shoot in summer and forms broad bushes.
New Zealand spinach is a spinach-like member of the goosefoot family. The plants are actually perennial, but in our country they are only cultivated as annuals (sensitive to frost). At first, the plants need a little time, but then they branch out strongly and grow luxuriantly to cover the ground. The leaves can be harvested continuously and have a somewhat stronger taste than normal spinach.
Seed depth: 1-2 cm, spacing: 40 x 40 cm
